JUAN G. GUERERRO Juan G. Guererro, 76, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at a local retirement home. Mr. Guererro was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident. He is preceded in death by his sons, Juan Gilberto "Tano" Guererro, Jr., who passed away in 1980 and Raynaldo "Chito" Guererro who passed away in 1978. Daughter, Baby Girl Guererro. Parents, Manuel Guererro and Consuelo Aguilar Guererro. Parents-in-Law, Rosendo and Amelia Moreno. Brothers-in-Law, Rosendo Moreno, Jr., Rogelio Moreno and Raul Moreno. He is survived by his wife of 57 years of marriage, Norma M. Guererro. Children, Manuel (Kathlyn) Guererro, Luis (Annette) Guererro, Rosendo Guererro, Norma Alicia (Raul) Lara. 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Sister, Martha (Henry) Gutierrez. Also 11 brothers and sisters-in-law. Also surviving him are nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2014 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, March 7, 2014 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at San Francisco De Javier Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in Laredo City Cemetery.
