JUAN MANUEL MARQUEZ JR.

Juan Manuel Marquez Jr., 53, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2026.

Mr. Marquez was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.

He is preceded in  death by his mother, Elma B. Marquez.
Maternal grandmother, Maria Elvira Hinojosa.

He is survived by his father, Juan Manuel Marquez Sr.
Brothers, Carlos (Rosa) Marquez and Cesar Marquez.

Also surviving him are uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2026 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and religious service, officiated by Pastor Samuel Lopez Jr. of Christ Worship Center, will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Committal services will be held on a later date.
