JUAN CESAR SERNA

Juan Cesar Serna, 55, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Serna was born in Colombia, and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Rodolfo Serna and Isabel Davila de Serna.

He is survived by his loving wife, of 33 years of marriage, Veronica Serna.
children, Kassandra Serna (Gerardo Vargas), Juan Cesar Serna Jr and Lisbeth Serna.
Siblings, Josefina Villalobos, Martina Ramirez (Homero Maldonado), Rodolfo (Elida) Serna , Jose Angel (Amparo) Serna, Irma Salas and Raul (Eloisa) Serna.

Also surviving him are numerous other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Monday, October 7, 2024 departing from the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Holy Mass was celebrated at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Laredo City Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Rodolfo Serna, Raul Serna, Emilio Gonzalez, Manuel Gonzalez, Juan Carlos Ramirez, Juan Gerardo Juarez, Jose Angel Serna and Homero Maldonado.
