JUAN JAVIER TIJERINA

Mr. Juan Javier Tijerina, 56, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2026.

Mr. Tijerina was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Ernestina Tijerina.

Brother, Abel Martinez.

Sister, Guadalupe Tijerina.

He is survived by his loving wife, of 30 years of marriage, Maria Luisa Tijerina.

Son, Javier Andres Tijerina.

Siblings, Luis Martinez, Dora Elia (Gregorio) Salazar, Rosario Tijerina, Lilia Tijerina, Juany (Joel Chaires) Tijerina, Jose Tijerina and Martha (Carlos) Martinez.

Also surviving him are numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral servcies will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.and a vigil of the deceased will be held at 6 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Committal services will be held on a later date.
