JUANA E. VILLEGAS

Juana E. Villegas, 61, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at a local hospital.

Mrs. Villegas was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonel Leal Rendon and Maria Juana Vargas Gutierrez.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jorge Antonio Villegas.

Children, Janet (Jaime) Cortes , Judith (Oscar Hermosillo) Ventura, Leonel (Linda Cuellar) Ventura and Jorge Antonio Villegas Jr.

numerous grandchildren.

Siblings, Adelfa Leal, Elsa Leal, Baltazar Leal, Patricia Leal and Pedro Leal.

Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at San Jose Catholic Church. Committal services will be held on a later date.

La Sra. Villegas nació en Nuevo Laredo, México y había sido una residente de Laredo, Texas.

Le anteceden en la muerte sus padres, Leonel Leal Rendon y Maria Juana Vargas Gutierrez.

Le sobrevive su amado esposo, Jorge Antonio Villegas.

Numerosos nietos.

También le sobreviven otros parientes y muchos amigos.

El velorio se llevará a cabo el Martes 22 de Septiembre de 2020 a partir de las 4 p.m. a las 9 p.m. y una Vigilia para el Difunto se llevará a cabo a las 7 p.m. en las capillas Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside, 800 Boston St. en San Bernardo Ave. Los servicios funerarios comenzarán saliendo de la capilla de la funeraria a las 8:30 am el miércoles 23 de Septiembre de 2020. La Santa Misa se celebrará a las 9 am en la Iglesia Católica de San José. Sepelio se llevara a cabo en otro dia.
