JUANITA RAMIREZ Juanita Ramirez, 73, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2013. Mrs. Ramirez was born and raised in Laredo, Texas and had been a resident all of her life. She is preceded in death by her mother, Berta G. Pulido. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years of marriage : Marco A. Ramirez and her beautiful children, Zulema Alejandra Ramirez, and Mark (Glenda Hemphill) Ramirez, Jr. Also surviving her are her grandchildren, Gabriel Sanchez, Brandy Hemphill, and Julian Ramirez, as well as her numerous other relatives and many friends. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Iglesia Cristo Rey located at 3022 Cleveland (956) 727-4946. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 11, 2013 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a prayer service officiated by Pastor Enoc Elias Nunez of Iglesia Cristo Rey will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapel, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin with a Religious Service officiated by Pastor Nunez at 10 a.m. held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, November 12, 2013. Committal services will be held at a later date
