JULIA A. MEDELLIN

Julia A. Medellin, 79, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022.

Mrs. Medellin was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident. Mrs. Medellin graduated from Laredo State University and was employed by UISD at Roosevelt Elementary School, for over 20 years. She will be dearly missed by all those whose lives she touched.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Pablo Medellin.

Mother, Josefa Luna.

Father, Jose Chavez.

She is survived by her children, Ana L. Medellin, Pablo (Shari) Medellin Jr. and Carlos Medellin.

Grandchildren, Sammy Medellin and Cooper Medellin.

Also surviving her are numerous cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, August, 11, 2022 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St . A chapel service was held before committal services and interment which followed at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Daniel Dominguez, Bernardo Hernandez Jr., Pablo Medellin, Joe Chapa, Adrian Coronado, Guillermo Bermudez and Ricardo Montemayor.
