Obituary

JULIA A. ORTIZ
Julia A Ortiz, 93, went to be with The Lord, Saturday, May 7th, 2016.
She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Luis R. Ortiz Sr. & her loving children Luis R. Ortiz Jr. (Adelita), Ignacio Ortiz (Cecila), Victor M. Ortiz, Marta Lozano (Luis), Hector Arredondo, & sister Laura Rabalais. Grandchildren: Catheron Sanders, Ignacio Ortiz Jr, Luis R. Ortiz III, Crystal E. Ortiz, Victor M. Ortiz Jr. Great grandchildren: Juliet & Jason Sanders along with numerous nieces & nephews.
Mrs. Ortiz was loved by everyone she met.
She was best known for her devotion and dedication to the Lord, her church, & her family.
She formed friendships in waiting rooms, HEB lines & hospitals.
She lives on through her children & grandchildren.
She will be greatly missed.
Thank you to Dr. Luis Benavidez for his loving care.
She loved him very much.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 9, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Religious Service will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapel, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Committal Services and interment will be held on a later date.
