JULIO DE LA CRUZ Julio de La Cruz, 67, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at a local hospital. Mr. De La Cruz was born in Mexico and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Isidra De La Cruz. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years of marriage San Juana R. De La Cruz. Sons, Julio (Erika) De La Cruz, Pedro De La Cruz and Nora Rodriguez and Juan Diego De La Cruz. Daughter, Belinda De La Cruz. 7 grandchildren. Brothers and sisters, Juan De La Cruz, Julia De La Cruz, Guadalupe De La Cruz, Isabel De La Cruz, Isidra De La Cruz and Guillermina De La Cruz. Also surviving her are nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 29, 2015 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Southside Chapel, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at Santo Nino Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
