JUVENTINO LOERA
Juventino Loera, 49, passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.
Mr. Loera was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident. He was employed, for numerous years, as a Correctional Officer at the Rio Grande Detention Center and at the GEO Correctional Facility. He will be dearly missed.
He is preceded in death by his Mother, Elvira C. Loera.
Aunt, Maria Covarrubias.
He is survived by his loving wife, Veronica Loera.
Children, Juventino Loera Jr., Julissa Loera, Jeanelle Elvira Loera and Jayden Loera.
Siblings, Norma (Mustapha) Abassi, Jorge (Amparo) Loera, Martha A. Loera (Sergio Martin), Joel (Patricia) Loera and Javier Loera (Alma Cuellar)
Father, Abon Loera Flores.
Nieces and nephews, George Loera III, Andres J. Loera, Abraham Loera, Anthony V. Loera, Noel A. Ayala-Loera, Sarah Isabel Loera, Javier Loera Jr., Sonia Carolina Loera, Camron Loera and Cristian Loera.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at Our Lady Of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
