LAURA E. GARCIA

Laura Esther Garcia, 87 passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022.

Mrs. Garcia was born in Montemorelos, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas. Her entire life, she worked at department stores and enjoyed being retired. She will be dearly missed.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Luis Garza Navarro, who passed in 2017.

Parents, Juana Garza, who passed in 1995 and Roosevelt Garcia, who passed in 1943.

Children, Luis Garza who passed in 1958, Adolfo Garza who passed in 1967 and Ernesto Garza who passed in 2018.

She is survived by her children, Jesus Garza, Laura Garza Silva, Luis Garza III, Cristina Garza and Juana Alicia Morales.

Several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Also surviving are other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Holy Mass was celebrated at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Laredo City Cemetery.
