LEOBARDO MARTINEZ
Leobardo Martinez, 76, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at a local hospital.
Mr. Martinez was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his son, Luciano Iracheta .
Daughter, Rosa Maria Martinez De Guajardo.
Parents, Luciano Martinez and San Juanita C. Martinez.
Brothers, Guadalupe MArtinez, Alberto Martinez, Maria Luisa Soto, Roberto Martinez and Policarpo Martinez.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 59 years of marriage, Maria I. Martinez.
Children, Dora Alicia (Gilberto) Ruiz, Ana Luisa (Fernando) Martinez, Arnulfo Martinez, Ramiro (Norma) Martinez, Leopoldo (Leticia) Martinez, Policarpo Martinez, Angelica Vasquez, Jesus Martinez, Jose Luis Martinez, Leobardo Martinez, Rene Martinez, Julio Cesar Martinez, Violeta Martinez, Guadalupe Martinez and Veronica Martinez.
Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Sister, Flora Taboada.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 22, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Liturgy of the Word will be officiated in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 23, 2018. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 11:45 a.m. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
