2 Timothy 4:7-8

LEONARDO ESPINOZA

Leonardo Espinoza, 80, passed away on Monday, February 21, 2022.

Mr. Espinoza was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.

He is preceded in death by his brothers, Andres Espinoza, Juan Espinoza and Jorge Espinoza. He served as  Head Usher at the Church of the Crossroads, for over 35 years and was a member of the Men Of Promise and 55+ Group. He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his loving wife, of 57 years of marriage, Esther A. Espinoza.

Children, Leo (Alma) Espinoza Jr., Esther "Titi" Espinoza, Jorge (Monica) Espinoza and Moses (Elizabeth) Espinoza.

Grandchildren, Ashley Espinoza, Leonard Espinoza, Alexandria (Gerardo) Vela Jr., Jorge Espinoza Jr., Isabella Espinoza, Sadie G. Espinoza, Alina B. Espinoza.

1 great grandson, Matteo G. Vela.

Siblings, Guadalupe Garza, Rosa Carrillo, Hilda Kitner, David Espinoza, Gerardo (Gloria) Espinoza and Maricela Espinoza.

Sisters-in-Law, Hortencia Espinoza, Janie Espinoza and Anna Espinoza.

Also surviving him are numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Church of the Crossroads, 1301 International Blvd. A religious service, officiated by Pastors Norman and Sandra Howell, will be held at 6:30 p.m.  Committal services will be held on a later date.
