LEOPOLDO GUERERRO Leopoldo Guerrero, 68, passed away Friday, December 17, 2012 in a local hospital. Mr. Guerrero was born in Leon, Guanajuato Mexico and had been a resident of Laredo for most of his life. He is preceded in death by his father, Frank Guerrero. 2 Sons, Angel Guerrero and Eduardo Guerrero. Daughter-in-Law, Pamela Guerrero Martinez. 2 Brothers, Juan Guerrero and Candelario Guerrero. He is survived by the mother of his children, Rosalinda Guerrero. Children, Diana Centeno (Roberto Renteria), Sonia (Hermelindo) Garcia, Nelvia Guerrero (Guillermo Gomez Jr.), Roxann Guerrero (Enrique Ruiz) and Leopoldo Guerrero (Blanca Martinez). Mother, Maria V. Guerrero. Special Companion, Sylvia Gonzalez De Anda. 20 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Brother, Ramiro Guerrero (Connie Oriana). Sisters, Paula Guerrero and Rosa Maria Guerrero. Also surviving him are numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 9:15 a.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Santo Nino Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
