LIDIO OVALLE MOYA

Lidio Moya, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at the age of 62, he lived in Laredo most of his life.

He was an outdoors man who enjoyed fishing and camping trips with his family and friends.

Lidio was preceded in death by his parents: Pilar Sr. and Virginia Moya, a sister, Ma. Luisa "Chata" Garcia and a brother, Raul Moya.

He is survived by his beloved wife, of 33 years in marriage, Isabel Moya, his son, Lidio (Luz Pineda) Moya Jr.; his daughters, Rebecca (Abelardo Benavides) Moya and Crystal Moya. Also surviving are his brothers and sisters: Rosa (Polo) Medellin, Leonel (Aurelia) Moya, Pilar (Janie) Moya Jr., Antonia (Miguel) Gutierrez and Yolanda Rubio, also nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Southside Chapel, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, May, 17, 2019. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at San Vicente de Paul Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
