LILIA G. MORA
Lilia G. Mora, 86, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2019, at a local hospital.
Mrs. Mora was born in Eagle Pass, Texas and was a long-life resident of Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Adolfo Garza and Josefina L. Garza.
Siblings, Amaro U. Garza, Saul A. Garza and Martha G. Garza.
Her beloved husband, Anastacio Mora.
She is survived by her children, Juan G. Mora, Sandra (Rafael) Perez and Esteban (Alma) Mora.
Grandchildren, Amaro (Reyna) Mora, David Mora, Marco (Yvonne) Perez, Bonnie (Robert) Hernandez, Kristy (Benjamin Weikel) Perez, Jorge (Lacrisha) Mojica and Valerie (Carla) Mora.
Great grandchildren, Brandon J. Perez, Kassandra Perez, Mia M. Morales, Carlos Javier Morales, Benjamin Franklin Weikel, Anissa M. Hernandez, Sophie Hernandez, Nora E. Mojica, A.J. Mora and Amanda Mora.
Also surviving her are numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
