LORENZO MEDEL
Lorenzo Medel, 72, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021.
Mr. Medel was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Alvaro Jose Medel and Felicitas Medel.
Brothers, Magdaleno Medel, Domingo Medel and Juan Medel.
Sister, Concepcion Medel.
Granddaughter, Karina Medel.
He is survived by his loving wife, San Juana Medel.
Children, Felicitas Rebecca (Francisco) Lopez, Alvaro Jose (Azucena) Medel, Roberto Medel, Josefina Medel, Santa Yesenia Medel, Maria Del Rosario (Jose Enrique) Delgado, Cristina (Mario Enrique) Sandoval, San Juana Medel and Patricia Alejandra Medel.
14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Sisters, Concepcion Medel and Lorenza Medel.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Southside Chapel, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy . Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, December 3, 2021. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at San Vicente De Paul Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
