LUIS LOERA MATA Luis Loera Mata, 68, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas Mexico. Mr. Loera Mata was born in Hacienda De La Cruz, Nuevo Leon Mexico and had been a resident of Laredo, Texas for sometime. He is preceded in death by his father, Celestino Loera and also by his brother. He is survived by his wife, Angelina Loera. Children, Luis Roberto (Sandra) Loera, Maria Eugenia (Diego) Hernandez, Ruben (Lizzette) Loera, Sergio (Brenda) Loera and Gloria (Steven) Tomlinson. 17 grandchildren. 5 great-grandchildren. Mother, Maria Mata De Loera. Siblings, Macario Loera, Maria Del Refugio Delgado, Hector Loera, Lourdes Pina and Rebecca Carranza. Also surviving him are nephews, nieces, numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 16, 2012 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. A Chapel service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 17, 2012 officiated by Everardo Cavazos in the funeral home chapel. Committal services and interment will immediately follow the service in the Laredo City Cemetery.
