LUIS HUMBERTO MARTINEZ

Luis Humberto Martinez, 73, passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023 in El Cenizo, Texas.

Mr. Martinez was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas Mexico and had been a lifelong resident of El Cenizo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs.  Alfredo and Maria Trinidad Martinez.
Brothers, Alfredo Martinez and Dionicio Martinez.

He is survived by his loving wife, of 55 years of marriage, Juanita O. Martinez.
Children, Luis H. Martinez, Elizabeth Martinez, David (Belen) Martinez, Claudia Martinez, Alfredo (Lorie) Martinez, Monica Martinez, Cristal Martinez and Luis David Martinez.
10 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
Brother, Francisco Martinez.
Sisters, San Juana Canavati and Sandra (Victor) Martinez.

Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 departing from the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Southside Chapel, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy. A Chapel Service was officiated at the funeral home before committal services and interment which followed at the Laredo City Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: David Martinez, Alfredo Martinez, Abel Martinez, David Martinez, Joseph Lugo, Eddie Valdivia, Juan Pablo Jaime and Martin Valero.
