Obituary

LUIS RAMON "LOUIE" REYES
Luis Ramon "Louie" Reyes, 55, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 in Laredo, Texas.
Mr. Reyes was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a resident here for many years.  He was also a resident of San Antonio, Texas, having been employed as a news editor with Univision, for over 24 years, and subsequently returned to Laredo.  Louie, as he was affectionately known, overcame many health obstacles during his lifetime that were due to and complications of his diabetic illness.  His family, honoring his wishes, respectfully request that no floral arrangements be offered, but instead donations in his name be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Preceding him in death are his mother, Elvira A. Reyes, who passed away on April 20, 2016.
His Brothers, Jorge Muñoz and Adolfo Muñoz.
He is survived by his father, Roberto Reyes Sr.
Brother, Roberto Reyes Jr.
Sister, Veronica M. (Leopoldo) Garcia
Nephews and niece, Leopoldo Garcia Jr., David Garcia and Veronica Marie Beheler.
Caregiver, Miss Mary.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
