LUZ DIVINA LOPEZ Luz Divina Lopez, 70, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2015 in Corpus Christi, Texas. Mrs. Lopez was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico and had been a resident of Laredo, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Celedonio Lopez who passed away in 1997. Brother and Sister, Lydia Benavides and Norberto Guerra. She is survived by her daughters, Graciela (Fernando) Soto, Guadalupe (Eduardo) Robles and Araceli Baez and Frank Villalobos. Grandchildren, Fernando (Samantha) Soto, Juan Diego Soto, Xenia Robles, Eduardo (Laura) Robles, Abigail Baez, Arlene Baez, Nayely Soto and Arnoldo Soto. Brothers and Sister, Paula Cruz, Cristobal (Elizabeth) Guerra and Jesus (Rosario) Guerra. Also surviving her are nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 27, 2015 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
