LYDIA M. ZAMORA

Lydia M. Zamora, 83, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023.

Mrs. Zamora was born in Joyce, Texas and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Estefana Martinez.

Son, Juan Hector Zamora.

Also preceding her are Rosalinda Santana, Lydia Jimenez and Margarito C., as well as by her brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her loving husband, of 54 years of marriage, Hector Manuel Zamora.

Children, Noe Zamora, Gilberto (Michelle) Zamora and Elizabeth (Rigoberto) Dominguez.

12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Brother, Juan (Minerva) Martinez Jr.

Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, March 2, 2023 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . A vigil of the deceased was officiated at 9: 30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass was celebrated at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Israel Paredes, Ismael Zamora, Juan Hector Zamora Jr., Michael Torres, Joel Monita Jr., Gilberto Diaz III and Hector Manuel Anaya.
