Magdalena Dominguez, 69, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at a local hospital. Mrs. Dominguez was born in Guanajuato, MX and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Manuel Dominguez. Parents, Gavino and Rita Guzman. Sisters, Juana Dominguez and Amalia Dominguez. Brothers, Gavino Guzman and Alfredo Guzman. She is survived by her children, Miguel Dominguez, Manuel ( Rosita) Dominguez, Jose Luis Dominguez, Jesus (Lola) Dominguez, Letty (Daniel) Gonzalez, Socorro Dominguez (Hugo Cortez), Maria Elena (Gregory) Guantos, Antonio (Cindy) Dominguez, Martin (Nancy) Dominguez and San Juanita Dominguez. Twenty three grandchildren. Two great-grandchildren. Sisters, Lupita (Alfonso) Guzman and Eufemia Torres. Brothers, Miguel (Nicolasa) Guzman and Angel (Carmen) Guzman. Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2015 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:20 a.m. on Friday, September 18, 2015 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Divine Mercy Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
