Manuel Soliz's Obituary
MANUEL O. SOLIZ
Manuel O. Soliz, 78, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at a local hospital.
Mr. Soliz was born in Lampazos, Mexico and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Nasario and Felipa Soliz.
Brothers, Nasario Soliz, Dionicio Soliz, Rogelio Soliz and Ramon Soliz.
Sisters, Clementina Soliz Castañeda and Josefa Soliz Villarreal.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 56 years of marriage, Maria Guadalupe Soliz.
Son, Clemente (Rose Mary) Soliz.
Sister, Guadalupe Soliz Barrientos.
Also surviving him are grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
A Chapel Service, officiated by Rev. Deacon Gerardo Morales, will be held at 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2016, in the funeral home chapel. Committal services and interment will follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
