MANUEL VALDEZ

Manuel Valdez, 81, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023.

Mr. Valdez was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Zaragoza Valdez and Dora Gonzalez De Valdez.

Brother, Luis Valdez.

He is survived by his loving wife, of 32 years of marriage, Crecencia Valdez.

Children, Belinda Estrada (LeRoy), Emanuel Valdez and Daniel Valdez.

Grandchildren, LeRoy Estrada Jr., Vicente Manuel Estrada, and David Estrada.

Sister, Josefina Melo.

Also surviving are numerous other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Friday, October 20, 2023 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . A chapel service was held at 11 a.m. before committal services and interment which followed at the Laredo City Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Emanuel Valdez, Daniel Valdez, Leroy Estrada and Vicente Estrada.
