Your Heart of gold stopped beating and even though we are sadden by your passing, we know that you are in a better place. We give thanks for all the great memories you left behind and we will always cherish them. It's not goodbye, just until we meet again. You will forever be in our hearts.

Manuela L. Rendon was called by our lord to fill her resting place in heaven on Sunday, August 04, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Rendon and her son, Thomas Rendon Jr.

Mrs, Rendon is survived by her sons, Juan Jose (Maria de la Luz) Rendon, James R. ( Rosalinda) Rendon and Richard (Thelma) Rendon.

Grandchildren, Diana Rendon (Filiberto) Gutierrez, Juan Jose (Elvira) Rendon, Sara A. Rendon (Felipe Reyes), Erica (Zachary) Deleza, James R. (Crystal) Rendon, Richard D. (Danica) Rendon, Brandy Rendon, Maria Quiles, Mamie (Adam) Aguilar, Tammy Rendon, Naomi (Rudy) Herrera, Ester (Manuel) Aguero and Dominga Lavariega.

45 great-grandchildren and 31 great-great-grandchildren.

Brother, Jose (Juanita) Leyva.

Sister-in-law, Josie Ruiz.

Daughter-in-law, Rosario Rendon.

The family would also like to extend the heartfelt gratitude to her caregivers Juanita, Maria and Chelito and to the La Luz Primary Home Care for all the compassion given to Mrs. Rendon.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 07, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be officiated by Rev. Deacon Hector D. Hernandez at 6:30 p.m. at the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2019 from the funeral home chapel. A Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
