MARGARITA FLORES Margarita Flores, 93, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at a local hospital. Mrs. Flores was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas Mexico and had been a resident of Laredo, Texas for sometime. She is preceded in death by her sister, Herminia Flores and also by her brother, Jose Flores Calderon. She is survived by her niece, Marina Flores de Tello. Nephew, Enrique Flores. Grandnieces and grandnephew, Enedelia Flores, Esmeralda Flores, Martina Gonzalez and Gilberto Tello. Caretaker, Olga Gomez. Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapel, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2014 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in a local cemetery.
