Maria Williams Bell

On January 13, 2021, Maria Williams Bell passed away at the age of 83, she was born September 20, 1937.

She was a very active girl, loved sports, she enjoyed playing baseball volleyball, and basketball. Graduated Valedictorian from St. Augustine High School. She was a kind, generous person who was always ready and willing to help anyone who needed help.

She moved to San Antonio at the age of 19, went to Our Lady of the Lake University and became a teacher. She also worked at the Texas Employment Commission, where she was a teacher for parolees.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Francisco Segovia and Catalina Z. Segovia, her first husband Charles Williams, and her second husband Roy Bell. She is survived by her sisters Sylvia Segovia, Aurora S. Garcia, her brother Francisco (Irene) Segovia and nieces and nephews.
