MARIA C. GARCIA Maria C. Garcia, 61, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2011 at a local hospital. Mrs. Garcia was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas Mexico and had been a life-long resident of Laredo. He is preceded in death by his father, Jesus Cuellar who passed away on July 15, 1977. He is survived by his son and daughters, Gloria (Jose M.) Guevara, Enrique Trevino III and Elizabeth (Guillermo) Parra. Grandchildren, Cynthia Lizette Garcia, Cora Abigail Trevino, Joshua Mathew Guevara, Jesus Enrique Trevino, Dariella Oralicia Trevino, Victoria Nichole Parra and Gilberto Ivan Parra. Mother, Lucila Garcia De Cuellar. Brothers and Sisters, Eva M. Vda. de Guevara, Aquiles H. (Sylvia) Cuellar, Jesus M. (Guadalupe) Cuellar, Hector F. (Rosalinda) Cuellar and Rossy M. (Rene) Garcia. Also surviving him are uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:05 a.m. on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will be held at a later date.
