Maria Carmen Castro

Maria Carmen Castro, 76, was called by the Lord on February 19, 2021 surrounded by her family.  She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her mother Maxima Castro, Brothers Jose R. Castro and Jacinto Castro, and Sister Antonia Landeros.

Left to cherish her memory is her siblings:  Marcelina Castillo, Francisca (Mel) Johnson, Josefina Noyola, Consuelo (Carlos) Torres, Jorge De la Cruz, Raquel Estrada, Marta (Oscar) Jasso.  Also surviving her is Marina Castro, Cynthia (Juan) Pena, Erika (Genaro) Estrada, Luis (Adriana) Estrada, Maricela Galvan, numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews other relatives and friends.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the LMC Intensive Care Unit, all her doctors for the exceptional care they provided her.   Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  A prayer service will commence at 7:00 p.m. officiated by Pastor Cathy Guerra.  Funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 26, 2021 with a prayer at 8:30 am and departure to the cemetery at 9:00 am.  Interment will follow immediately in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Jorge De la Cruz, Luis E. Estrada, Genaro Estrada, Juan Pena, Abraham Galvan and Francisco Galvan.
