MARIA DE JESUS GOMEZ
Maria De Jesus Gomez, 81, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020.
Mrs. Gomez was born in Laredo, Texas and was a long life resident.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Pedro and Conrada S. Gonzalez.
Siblings, Juan Gonzalez, Pedro Gonzalez Jr., Elida Gonzalez De Leon, Elisa Gonzalez, Consuelo Gonzalez Quintana, Manuel Gonzalez and Alejandro Gonzalez.
She is survived by her loving husband, of 48 years of marriage, Daniel Gomez.
Children, Jorge Gonzalez and Angelica Maria Gomez.
Grandchildren, Jesus Aguilar Jr. and Javier Moreno.
Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, visitations will be limited to 40 people inside our funeral home.
It is preferred for minor children not be allowed to attend services.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 22, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a religious service will be officiated at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel on Monday, November 23, 2020. A religious service will follow at the Iglesia Metodista Libre, located at 416 S. Meadow Ave. Committal services and interment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Information with regard to the funeral services departure time and religious service hour may be obtained by calling the funeral home at (956) 723-2979.
