MARIA FRANCISCA DE LA ROSA

Maria Francisca De La Rosa, 89, passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

Mrs. De La Rosa was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

She was a loving mother and grandmother, who will be dearly missed by all those whose lives she touched.

She is survived by her children, Maria Guadalupe (Pedro Ramirez Sr.) De La Rosa,  Juan (Monica) De La Rosa, Rosa Icela De La Rosa, Miguel (Karina) De La Rosa, Francisco (Dinora) De La Rosa, Cristina Ibarra, Genesis Garza, Mia Cisneros, Maria Isabel Vda. de Ibarra and Maria Vda. de Robullozo.

Nephews, Carlos Garza and Ricardo Garza.

Grandchildren, Pedro Antonio (Abigail) Ramirez, Orlando Javier Ramirez (Maricela Santos), Juan Alejandro De La Rosa, Bryan De La Rosa, Karla De La Rosa, Karen De La Rosa and Alekzandra M. De La Rosa.

Also surviving her are numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a vigil of the deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, August 8, 2025. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers were: Francisco J. De La Rosa, Pedro Ramirez Sr., Pedro Ramirez Jr., Orlando Ramirez, Alex De La Rosa and Bryan De La Rosa.

Honorary Pallbearers were: Juan De La Rosa, Miguel De La Rosa and  Rosa De La Rosa.
