MARIA DOLORES CASTAÑON
Maria Dolores Castañon, 102, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021.
Mrs. Castañon was born in San Luis De La Paz, Guanajuato, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Balbina Rodriguez.
Her beloved husband, Florentino Castañon.
Daughter, Maria Trinidad Urbina.
Son, Jose Bruno Castañon.
Grandsons, Rosendo Castañon Jr. and Gabriel Castañon.
She is survived by her son, Rosendo Castañon.
Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Southside Chapel, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy
. Funeral services will begin departing at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 14, 2021. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Santo Niño Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
