MARIA M. DUFRESNE

Maria M. Dufresne, 76, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Dufresne was born and raised in Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Jose Luis Dufresne Sr., her brothers and sisters Monica Barrientos, Guadalupe Medina, San Juana Medina, Carlos Medina, Gabino Medina and Felipe R. Medina and by her parents, Felipe Medina and Inez R. Medina.

She is survived by her son, Jose Luis Dufresne Jr.

Her grandchildren, Michelle Vasquez, Annette Dufresne, Lizette Dufresne and Marcus Dufresne.

Her great-grandchildren, Steven and Makayla

Brothers and sisters, Inez Chandarlis, Martina Medina, Fernanda Salinas, Andrea Duque, Jesus Tomas Medina and Perfecto Medina.

Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, February 2, 2023 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave. Committal services and interment followed in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are under the arrangements of the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Jose L. DuFresne Jr., Thomas Medina, Anthony Chandarlis, Pedro Ramon III, Perfecto Medina and John Chandarlis.
