Maria Estela Gomez's Obituary
MARIA ESTELA GOMEZ
Maria Estela Gomez, 85, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018 at a local hospital.
Mrs. Gomez was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Manuel Gomez Sr.
Son, Juan Gomez.
She is survived by her children, Manuel (Sonya) Gomez Jr., Delia (David) Torres, Elida Garza, Luis (Terri) Gomez, Irma (Jesus) Camacho and Ricardo (Gloria) Gomez.
Also surviving her are numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral Services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2018. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
