MARIA FELICITAS GARCIA
Maria Felicitas Garcia, 91, passed away on April 24, 2021.
Mrs. Garcia was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years of marriage, Jesus "Jesse" C. Garcia, who passed away on December 31, 2016.
Parents, Alejandro Gonzalez and Maria del Rio Gonzalez.
Sister, Alicia Villarreal.
Brother, Humberto Gonzalez.
She is survived by her children, Elsa G. Flores, Elisa Cortez, Erminia Molina, Elia Herrera, Edward Rudy (Laura) Garcia and Eloisa Casso.
24 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Brother, Margarito Gonzalez.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m on Thursday, April 28, 2021. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
