MARIA GUADALUPE SOTO

Maria Guadalupe Soto, 89, passed away on Sunday, December 03, 2023.

Mrs. Soto was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Alejandro and Maria Concepcion Olivo.

Her beloved husband, Benito Soto Jr.

Brothers, Manuel Alejandro Olivo and Jesus Olivo.

She is survived by her children, Benito Alejandro Soto, Maria Esther Soto, Sylvia Iris (Francisco) Saenz and Lloyd Anthony (Maria Josefina) Soto.

10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Brother, Ramiro (Patricia) Sanchez.

Also surviving are other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, December 14, 2023 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Holy Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Lloyd Soto, Pancho Saenz, Benito A. Soto, Joshua Saenz, Jacob Saenz and Lloyd A. Soto Jr.
