Maria Juana Martinez's Obituary
MARIA JUANA MARTINEZ
Maria Juana Martinez, 88, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2022.
Mrs. Martinez was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gilberto Martinez.
Sister, Isabel Galvan.
Son, Javier Martinez.
She is survived by her children, Raquel (Cesar) Viera, Leticia Martinez Lara, Guadalupe (Carlos Sanchez) Martinez and Ruben (Juanita) Martinez.
17 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Also surviving her are numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 departing from the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave
. A chapel service was held in the funeral home chapel before committal services and interment which followed at the Laredo City Cemetery.
PALLBEARERS WERE: Cesar Viera, Cesar Viera Jr., Gilberto Viera, Carlos Sanchez Jr., Carlos Sanchez III, Carlos Lara Jr., Ruben Martinez and Ruben Martinez Jr.
