Maria De Los Angeles, 74 was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 25, 2025 in Laredo, Texas, having been surrounded by her loving family by her side.

Mrs. Ydrogo was a longtime educator, for over 30 years.

She is preceded in death by her father Eugenio Tijerina and brother Eugenio (Rosalinda) Tijerina Jr.

She was blessed with 50 years of marriage to Matias Ydrogo Jr.
Survived by her son, Matias (Veronica) Ydrogo III. Also, her mother Felicitas Tijerina, sister Maria F. Oviedo, niece Cynthia (Ricardo) Martinez Jr., and other nieces and nephews. Grandchildren Bryanna Y. Ydrogo and Rebekah Ydrogo.

Mrs. Ydrogo is further survived by a great number of relatives and friends.

The Ydrogo family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Constable Guadalupe "Lupillo" Gomez for his assistance and support.

Funeral services were held on Monday, April 28, 2025 departing from the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. A Liturgy of the Word was officiated in the funeral home chapel before departing to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery for committal services and interment.

PALBEARERS WERE: Matias Ydrogo III,  Salomon R. Oviedo III, Ricardo Martinez Jr., Mark A. Martinez, Isaac D. Reyes and Leonel Garza.
