MARIA LUISA ORTIZ
Maria Luisa Ortiz, 75, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021.
Mrs. Ortiz was born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Santos and Ramona Vasquez.
Her beloved husband, Rogelio R. Ortiz.
Sisters, Maria Concepcion Gonzalez.
Brothers, Pablo Vasquez, Manuel Vasquez and Ignacio Vasquez.
She is survived by her children, Victor (Maria Teresa) Ortiz, Rogelio Ortiz Jr., Hector (Maria Concepcion) Ortiz, Raul Ortiz and Roberto (Alma R.) Ortiz.
11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Brothers, Felipe Vasquez, Santos Vasquez, Juan (Hilda) Vasquez, Carlos (Sandra) Vasquez, Jesus Vasquez and Carlos Vasquez.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held on Friday, November 12, 2021 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . A chapel service was held before committal services and interment which followed at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
PALLBEARERS WERE: Victor Ortiz, Rogelio Ortiz, Hector Ortiz, Raul Ortiz, Roberto Ortiz, Victor Ortiz Jr., Joshua Ortiz and Jesus Santos.
