MARIA M. GUTIERREZ
Maria M. Gutierrez, 83, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at a local hospital.
Maria M. Gutierrez, 83, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at a local hospital.
Mrs. Gutierrez was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Isabel Meza.
Her beloved husband, Roberto Gutierrez.
Brothers, Jesus Meza, Juan Meza, Benito Meza, Joe Meza and Alfredo Meza.
Sister, Guadalupe Hastings.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Isabel Meza.
Her beloved husband, Roberto Gutierrez.
Brothers, Jesus Meza, Juan Meza, Benito Meza, Joe Meza and Alfredo Meza.

She is survived by her children, Evelyn (Tommy) Brinkley, Roberto Gutierrez Jr., Loretta (Ralph) Mendez, Miguel Angel Gutierrez, Mayela (Martin) Villarreal and Ignacio Tomas (Maria Eugenia) Gutierrez.
8 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
Sisters, Chavela Morado, Lucy De Arkos, Isabel (Jorge) Vega, Elena (Joe) Meister and Rosa Garcia.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 2, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons East Chapel, 4500 Thomas Ave. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, July 3, 2017 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will be held on a later date.
