MARIA ASUNCION MARTINEZ

Maria Asuncion Martinez, 84, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2019 in Laredo, Texas.

Mrs. Martinez was born in Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Monica Mendoza.

Her beloved husband, Trinidad Martinez Sr.

She is survived by her children, Guadalupe (Alfredo) Perez, Marcelina (Roberto) Mata, Lydia (Edmundo) Amaro, Miguel Angel Martinez, Maria Elena (Luis) Hilario, Margarita (Sergio) Gonzalez, Rosa Maria Martinez, Francisco (Luz) Martinez, Mercedes (Jesse) Navarro, Trinidad Martinez Jr., Javier (Lucy) Martinez and Jorge (Veronica) Martinez.

Numerous Grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Sister, Alicia (Gregorio) Valdez.

Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2019. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services will follow at Calvary catholic Cemetery.
