MARIA V. MEZA

Maria V. Meza, 79, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2020, at a local hospital.

Mrs. Meza was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her Father, Manuel Vargas.

She is survived by her loving husband, of 51 years of marriage, Pedro Ernesto Meza.

Children, Juan Ernesto (Elizabeth) Meza, Maria Luisa (Juan) Tijerina and Andres (Claudia) Meza.

Grandchildren, Jose Ernesto Meza, Denisse Meza, Brissa Meza, Javier Tijerina, Dezeray Meza, Andree Meza and Khloe Meza.

Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends.

Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, visitation will be limited to 50 % of capacity inside our funeral home.

It is preferred that minor children not be allowed to attend services.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2020 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and a Chapel Service, officiated by Rev. Deacon Crispin Soto,  will be held at 11:30 a.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Committal services will be held on a later date.
