MARIA P. MEZA DELGADO

Maria P. Meza Delgado, 80, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021.

Mrs. Meza Delgado was born in Camaron, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ramon and Lilia Delgado.

Her beloved husband, Pedro Gutierrez.

Brothers, Juan Meza, Mauro Meza and Vicente Meza.

Sisters, Lilia Meza and Isabel Meza.

She is survived by her children, Pedro (Oralia) Gutierrez, Jose (Maria del Carmen) Gutierrez, Juan Pablo Gutierrez, Salvador (Norma) Gutierrez, Marlina (Eduardo) Bautista, Eduardo (Veronica) Gutierrez, Raul Gutierrez, Paulina (Luis) Villanueva and Pedro Gutierrez.

Many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Brother, Ramon (Juana) Meza.

Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.

Following the ordinance by the State of Texas, visitation will be limited to 40 people inside our funeral home.

It is preferred for minor children not be allowed to attend services.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2021. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
