MARIA LUISA SOTELO NAVARRO Maria Luisa Sotelo Navarro, 64, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at a local hospital. Mrs. Sotelo Navarro was born in Dallas, Texas and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas. She is preceded in death by her father, Ignacio Sotelo. Sister, Rosa Maria Lira. Brother, Ignacio Sotelo Jr. She is survived by her loving husband, David Navarro Jr. Son, David Gabriel Navarro. Daughter, Daniela Romula Navarro. Mother, Leonor Sotelo. Brothers, Jose Ignacio (Sylvia) Sotelo, Fernando Javier (Cindy) Sotelo, Homero Sotelo and Jimmy (Rosa) Trujillo. Sisters, Julieta Yolanda Sotelo, Celia (Hector) Garza and Norma Estela Rodriguez. Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapel, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
