MARIA D. NEGRETE

Maria D. Negrete, 75, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at a local hospital.

Ms. Negrete was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. She is preceded in death by her Parents Mr. and Mrs. Fernando and Maria V. Negrete, by the love of her life Horacio "Lacho" Adame, her brothers and sister, Basilia "Bache" Perez, Fernando "Chato" Negrete Jr. and Gerardo "Coqui" David Negrete and by her nephew Josue "Josh" Fernando Rivera.

She is survived by her siblings; Armandina "Mandy" (+Jesus) Martinez, Jorge Luis (Loreta Salinas) Negrete, Jose Rolando (+Diana) Negrete, Teresa (Antonio) Marroquin, Mary (+Danny) Cavazos, Ruby Negrete and Melissa (Cleofas) Negrete.

Also surviving her are numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 19, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave. A Rosary and Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. and officiated by Rev. Deacon Leonard Aguillon. Committal services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Funeral Chapels.
