MARIA O. TREJO Maria O. Trejo, 95, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at a local hospital. Mrs. Trejo was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident. She was preceded in death by her husband, Antonio Trejo. Son, Jose Fuentes Jr. Grandson, Cesar S. Guerra. She is survived by her son and daughters, Gloria (Reynaldo) Gomez, Cecilia Guerra and Jesus (Elsa) Fuentes. 8 grandchildren, Reynaldo (Belda) Gomez, Graciela (Antonio) Martinez, Cynthia Gomez, Cristina Gomez, Eliza (Mario) Fernandez, Sylvia Guerra, John (Cecilia) Fuentes and Joey V. Fuentes. 16 great-grandchildren. Also nephews, nieces, numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2011 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, November 21, 2011 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Laredo City Cemetery.
