MARIA OLIVA

Maria Oliva, 94, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022.

Mrs. Oliva was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Donaciano Alvarado and Carmen Sandoval.

Her beloved husband, Alfredo Oliva.

Son, Alfredo Oliva Jr.

Brother, Jorge Alvarado.

Sisters, Carmen Alvarado and Consuelo Anguiano.

She is survived by her children, Ana Maria Oliva, Cecilia Maria (Michael) Blum., H. Diana Oliva, Alfredo Oliva III and Arturo (Victoria) Oliva.

3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Friday, July 22, 2022 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Holy Mass was celebrated at Christ the King Catholic Church. Committal services will be held on a later date.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Alfredo Oliva Jr., Arturo Oliva, Malakhi Cooper, A.J. Oliva, Michael Blum and Dominic Gallegos.
