MARIA DEL PILAR MARTINEZ
Maria Del Pilar Martinez, 84, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at a local hospital.
Mrs. Martinez was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jose Martinez.
Son, Juan Antonio Martinez.
Mother, Petra Molina
She is survived by her children, Juan J. Martinez, Sylvia Ruiz, Guadalupe Martinez, Martin Martinez, Leticia Martinez, Hilda Martinez, Norma E. Ceballos and Raul Martinez.
Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Brother, Jose Guillermo Molina.
Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends.
In compliance with City Orders by the Mayor of the City of Laredo, a private
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Southside Chapels, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
