MARIA VIRGINIA RANGEL
Maria Virginia Rangel, 85, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2020 in Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Eleuterio Rangel.
Daughter, Esperanza Zamora.
Son-in-law, Rogelio Zamora.
Brother-in-law, Hilario Rangel.
Sister-in-law, San Juana Rangel.
Nephews and nieces, Eleuterio Rangel, Jose Hilario Rangel, Jorge Javier Rangel, Cayetana Villarreal, Leonor Villarreal, Jorge Javier Rangel Jr., Roel Rangel and Guadalupe Rangel.
She is survived by her nephews and nieces, Maria del Rosario Rangel, Ramona Rangel, Esther R. (Jesus N.) Perez, San Juanita (Oscar) Coronado, Margarita (Santiago) Muñoz, Ricardo (Maria Elena) Rangel, Claudia (Armando) Mejia, Ramiro (Monica) Rangel and Marina (Isidro) Ramirez.
Also surviving her are numerous other nephews, nieces, and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, visitation will be limited to 25 % of capacity inside our funeral home.
It is preferred that minor children not be allowed to attend services.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Southside Chapel, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 1, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Santo Niño Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
